Craig Ward has been appointed to the role of Senior Director at Preston based Reid Homes.
Craig, 44 from Blackpool, trained as a Quantity Surveyor with a degree from the University of Central Lancashire and has over 20 years experience in the house building industry. Previous roles saw him develop as a QS at Linden Homes before rising to the position of Commercial Manager at Warrington Based Arley Homes, which he headed up for 9 years. He has since established his own development company, William Oliver Homes, and latterly held the position of Technical Director at Redrow Homes. Craig’s breadth of experience will be a real asset as he lays the foundations on Reid’s commitment to raising the standard in house building.
